City Nightmares II: The Administrators

Running down the stairs Redford Hather meets the administrators, as his desperate search for meaning pulls him deeper into the facility. As he stumbles through the halls he discovers that they are not alone here after all. The spiritual force he now faces becomes clearer as The Order reveal themselves — chants of their spiritual doctrine ring in Redford's ears.
